The Grace To Heal A Broken Heart, --- Here Are Testimonies about God's power to Heal Families and Restore Marriages.
One of the Goals of this year is the healing and peace of our households. We have been in a season of prayer and fasting as we seek God's direction, relationship and guidance for our families. There is power in the name of Jesus. Last week so many ROHO subscribers sent in prayer requests dealing with family healing and restoration. I am praying to God that Marriages are restored, I am praying that husbands would come back home, I am praying that cold and bitter hearts would melt. I am praying for wayward children. I know that God still answers prayer. I stand in the gap for you and trust that God will be there for you and your family. I can feel that God's hand is upon your life and you need to keep on going.
I want to share a testimony with you. If God can do it for someone else, God will do it for you.
Prayer Request Message (Received Thursday at 11:45pm): "I’m standing in the need of healing. Pray that every stronghold would be released from my marriage so we can prosper. My husband needs to come back home. He needs to be focused on us--his family. I Bind every wicked attack and send it back to the sender in Jesus Name. Come against everything that is meant to destroy my family. We've been struggling for too long and it's been nothing but drama. Pray for us to be together and for covenant relationship to be restored with my family".
Testimony & Praise Report (Received Today at 7:05am) ROHO.. I want to thank the prayer warriors for lifting me and my family up in prayer. I know that prayer still works..Thank God for his faithfulness to me. Ever since I sent in that prayer request I'm starting to see small changes in my husbands' attitude. After 7 years of marriage and I can feel that we are finally talking to each other again. I just thank God for deliverance from back-sliding. I can feel God, because I feel more positive about my marriage. It's a testimony, because I know this is a start of things getting better. Praise God. Thank you for your prayer!!!! --Steven Rucker (Stone Mountain, Ga)

Scripture for Meditation
"The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit." — Psalm 34:18 (KJV)
Beloved, God does not turn away from brokenness—He runs toward it. When your marriage feels shattered, when your family seems lost, the Lord positions Himself as your healer. He sees every tear, every sleepless night, and He is moved with compassion toward you.
"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." — 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)
Restoration begins with transformation. God does not patch up broken marriages with old patterns—He recreates the hearts of both husband and wife. When you surrender your marriage to Christ, He makes all things new, even what seemed permanently fractured.
"And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." — Matthew 21:22 (KJV)
Prayer is not wishful thinking, family—it is the authority you have been given in the name of Jesus. Your intercession for your spouse, your children, your home carries the power of heaven. Keep praying; keep believing. God hears every word.
Walking It Out
Pray specifically and aloud over your marriage daily. Do not pray general prayers. Name your spouse by name. Bind the enemy's attacks against your household. Declare that your marriage covenant is restored, that your husband's heart turns homeward, that bitterness melts in the fire of God's love. Speak it into being.
Fast one meal this week and spend that time in Scripture and intercession for your family. Let the hunger in your body remind your spirit that you are serious with God. Read Psalm 27, Proverbs 3:21-26, and Ephesians 3:14-21 aloud. Let God's Word reshape how you see your marriage.
Write down one specific testimony of God's faithfulness in your past, and read it when doubt comes. Family, God has already proven Himself to you. When the enemy whispers that restoration is impossible, remind yourself: "He did it before. He will do it again."
A Prayer for You
Father God, I come before You on behalf of this beloved family standing in the gap for their marriage and their household. Release every stronghold, every wicked assignment, every demonic barrier that has tried to separate what You have joined together. Turn the heart of this husband back home; soften every hardened place; melt the bitterness and restore the covenant. I believe You are still in the business of redemption, still in the business of restoration, still in the business of making broken things whole. Let this family rise up in power, in unity, and in the fullness of Christ's love. In Jesus' name, Amen.
