The Goodness God Will Reveal in You is Greater than Everything You are Facing

The 2026 Daniel Fast is desgined to help you grow stronger in your faith. One of the most difficult things we have to deal with as Christians is when you are saved but the people in your house are not saved. How many times have you gone to church, leaving your husband, your wife, your grown children at home. Have you felt like you were the only person in your house trying to live for God?

All of us were created by God and therefore we have to treat all with equal measure of respect and above all love. Being born again in Christ Jesus and filled with the power of the holy spirit, we have to pray for guidance on how we respond and also cooperate with our neighbors. True sovereignty of God works within the framework of His other qualities like love, justice and patience. His sovereignty in perfect harmony with the rest of His attributes is displayed in His willingness to save you and I despite our sinful nature. This is because God’s sovereignty operates within His attribute of justice, He made the provision of son from the foundation of the world knowing he will never work against his own attributes.

Practicing your faith in God is a spiritual discipline, for which the Spirit’s help must be sought, earnestly, pleadingly and constantly. In God’s sight, we are already perfected by the death of Christ but in terms of experience we are to ‘grow in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ so in the Christian life, progress must be made in practicing and imitating the Savior---to say this another way---THE WORK YOU HAVE TO DO FOR CHRIST DOES NOT STOP WITH GOING TO CHURCH.

2 Peter 3 : 18 says: "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen."

How to practice sanctification at home when you are surrounded by non-christians. 1. Meditating on the word of God. Meditating on God's Word will give you a greater understanding of what God wants from and for you, thereby providing you with guidance. In Psalms 1:1-3 Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; 2 but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. 3 H e is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruits in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. 2. Living an exemplary life. All of us are called to be worthy and commendable just like our Lord Jesus christ. THE OTHER PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE ARE WATCHING YOU. YOU CANNOT WANT THEM TO BE HOLY IF YOU ARE NOT SHOWING A GOOD EXAMPLE. Jesus led an exemplary life. we look unto him because he was worthy of honor, he was praiseworthy and he was worthy of imitation.
