MY Faith is Rooted in All the Times God has Delivered me and Blessed Me, Even when I did not deserve it
** Some seasons in life feel like they’ll never change.
The unpleasant road we’re on has no visible end in sight. We’re worn out and tired. Tired of trying. Tired of waiting. Tired of spinning our wheels and getting nowhere. Tired of hoping for a better day.
If you’re there with me today, let me remind you that what you see surrounding you isn’t the full story. There’s more, so much more, that we can’t see, but God can.
God knows what’s right around the corner, but we won’t see it if we stop moving forward.
God knows who He’s moving into our circle of people, but we won’t get to meet them if we decide to quit.
God knows the plans He has for us, but we’ll never see them if we decide it’s not worth getting through today.
When we feel stuck in our current reality, our view of tomorrow is limited by what we can see today. We forget that the future is packed with possibilities and that God is walking before us.
He replied, “What is impossible for people is possible with God.”
I waited patiently for the Lord to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the Lord.
So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.
I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
And when I was burdened with worries, you comforted me and made me feel secure.
“But forget all that—it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

Scripture for Meditation
Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV)
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."
Beloved, God's thoughts about your tomorrow are already settled in His heart. While you're wrestling with what you see today, He's already mapped out a future filled with purpose and restoration. Trust that His vision for you extends far beyond your current struggle.
Psalm 27:13-14 (KJV)
"I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord."
The psalmist knew despair intimately, yet he anchored himself to one unshakeable truth—that God's goodness is tangible, real, and available in this life. Your courage isn't rooted in your circumstances; it's rooted in the character of a God who has never failed you yet.
Hebrews 10:35-36 (NKJV)
"Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise."
Endurance isn't passive waiting—it's active faith moving forward despite what you feel. Every step you take in obedience, every day you refuse to quit, positions you to receive what God has already promised.
Walking It Out
1. Write down three times God delivered you. Today, grab paper and pen. Recall specific moments when God moved on your behalf—moments you didn't expect, provision that seemed impossible, doors that opened when you'd given up hope. Write them down. When despair creeps in tomorrow, you'll have tangible evidence that God is faithful. This is your testimony; let it strengthen your faith.
2. Speak a declaration of trust aloud. Don't pray it silently—say it out loud: "God, I cannot see tomorrow, but You can. I trust You with what's around the corner. I will not stop moving forward." Let your ears hear your own voice choosing faith. This counters the lies of discouragement with the power of your spoken word.
3. Take one step forward in an area where you've stalled. Whether it's applying for that opportunity, reaching out to someone, or returning to a commitment you've abandoned—do it today. You don't need to see the whole staircase; take the next step and trust God to light the way as you move.
A Prayer for You
Father God, I come to You weary but not defeated. I confess that my vision is limited, that what I see feels final—but You see what I cannot. You know the blessings waiting for me, the people You're bringing into my life, the purposes You're working out even now. Strengthen my heart to keep moving forward when I want to quit. Give me eyes to remember Your faithfulness, and grant me the courage to trust You
