"ADD YOUR NAME TO THE PRAYER LIST NOW"

Scripture for Meditation

Psalm 121:7-8 (KJV)"The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall keep thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore." Beloved, this is your covenant promise. The God who created you does not slumber, does not sleep—He is watching over every step you take, every breath you draw. When you feel vulnerable, remember: you are guarded by the hand of the Almighty.

Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV)"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." This is not wishful thinking, family—this is the prescription for spiritual wholeness. When you cast your burden at the throne, you exchange your worry for His supernatural peace.

1 Peter 5:7 (KJV)"Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." The word "casting" means to throw with force, to release completely. God is not asking you to carry these troubles one more day—He is inviting you to hurl them at His feet and walk away lighter.

Walking It Out

Write down three specific burdens you are carrying right now—one from your job, one from your home, and one from your body or health. Be honest about what is weighing you down. This act of naming gives those burdens weight and prepares you to truly release them.

Find a quiet place at 3pm today and read your three burdens aloud before God. Do not rush. Let each one leave your lips as a prayer, not as a complaint. Then physically do something symbolic—tear up the paper, turn it over, or kneel in surrender. This physical act anchors your spiritual release.

Speak a declaration of faith over yourself before you leave your home tomorrow. Say aloud: "The Lord preserves my going out and my coming in. I am covered by His goodness. I will not fear." Repetition plants God's Word deeper into your spirit than silence ever could.

A Prayer for You

Father God, I come to You right now with these burdens that have been crushing my spirit, and I lay them at the foot of the cross where Jesus already paid the price for my wholeness. I release my job situation, my family struggles, my sickness, and my fear into Your capable hands—hands that spoke the world into being and hold the universe together. Give me strength to walk out of this 3pm prayer time with a lighter heart and a stronger faith, knowing that You are watching over my coming in and my going out, now and forevermore. I will trust You. I will lean on You. I will not look back at what I have surrendered. In Jesus' name, Amen.
