Make Your Prayer Request Known to God

Share

I’m calling on every person who knows the power of prayer to join me tonight at 9 PM. We are believing God to heal, to restore, and to deliver — because prayer still changes things.

The Bible reminds us in Matthew 16:19, “Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” That means heaven moves when you pray.

Tonight, as we seek God’s face together, I’m praying the same simple prayer: “Lord, I need Your help. I can’t carry this on my own. Step into the middle of what feels impossible and show me You’re still in control.”

There’s something in your life right now that you’ve been holding on to for too long — and it’s time to hand it over to God.

Give Him your marriage. Give Him your family. Give Him your finances. Give Him your fears.

You were never meant to carry it alone. The same God who kept you before will do it again. Whatever it is — give it to God tonight in prayer.

Scripture for Meditation

Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV): "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Beloved, notice the word known — God doesn't want your silence; He wants your honesty. When you make your request known, you're not informing an absent God. You're inviting the Almighty into partnership with your pain. That act of prayer releases a supernatural peace that guards what matters most: your heart and mind.

1 Peter 5:7 (KJV): "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."

Family, the word casting means to throw, to fling with force. This is not a timid whisper — it's a deliberate release. God's care for you is personal and active. He is careth — present tense. Right now. Not when you've earned it or cleaned yourself up first.

James 4:2 (NKJV): "Yet you do not have because you do not ask God."

There are blessings waiting on the other side of your asking. God is not withholding to punish you; He's waiting for you to acknowledge your need and call upon His name. Your prayer request is the bridge between your struggle and His provision.

Walking It Out

Write it down. Tonight before 9 PM, take pen to paper and name the three things you've been carrying alone — the marriage, the family crisis, the financial weight, the fear. Writing creates clarity and transforms vague anxiety into a specific prayer request that heaven can address.

Speak it aloud. Don't just think your prayer; say it. There is power in the spoken word. Call on God's name. Use your voice to declare what you need. This breaks the isolation and invites heaven into your situation in a tangible way.

Join the prayer line at 9 PM. Don't pray alone tonight. Corporate prayer has a frequency all its own. When two or three gather in His name, He is there — and the enemy trembles. Show up. Dial in. Stand with the family of God who refuses to carry their burdens without Him.

A Prayer for You

Lord, I come to You tonight laying down what I've carried too long. I make my request known — not because You don't see, but because I need to release it into Your hands. Heal what is broken in my marriage, my family, my finances, and my mind. Replace my fear with the assurance that You are in control and I am not alone. Guard my heart and my mind with a peace that makes no sense to the world, but makes perfect sense because it comes from You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
