I can’t stop thinking about what you’re carrying
I haven't been able to stop thinking about the outpouring of prayer requests we received last night. As I lifted your names and your needs before the Lord, I felt a heavy, holy weight of expectation. I want to tell you right now: Your latter shall be greater than your former. In Jamaica, when the ground is finally broken and the red dirt is turned over, that’s when you can feel the potential of the harvest. I feel that same potential for you today. God is making a way out of no way. I’m already thanking Him for the testimonies of healing, the breaking of generational curses, and the PEACE THAT IS COMING INTO YOUR HOUSE. FOR THERE IS NO ONE LIKE OUR GOD.
If you feel like you’ve been waiting forever, take heart—God does not sleep nor slumber concerning your situation. Your help isn't just coming; it’s already on the way!
But as we "till the ground" of our hearts today, let’s do something radical. Don’t just pray for your own harvest. TODAY, I WANT YOU TO PRAY FOR THE ROHO COMMUNITY. Spend just 5 minutes interceding for the men and women in this village who are seeking God right alongside you. We live in a world that tells us to look out for "number one," but the Kingdom of God works differently. When we lift each other up, we all rise. It takes strength to pray for someone else’s breakthrough while you’re still standing in the dirt waiting for yours—but that is where the power is.
Let this music move you as you pray for our community today.
Scripture for Meditation
Proverbs 11:25 (KJV) — "The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself." Beloved, this is the economics of the Kingdom. When you pour out intercession for others while standing in your own need, you are positioning yourself to receive. God cannot be outdone in generosity—He sees your sacrifice of prayer and multiplies it back to you.
Psalm 121:4 (NKJV) — "He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep." Your situation has not been forgotten in heaven's throne room. While you sleep, while you wait, while you intercede for others, the Lord is working on your behalf. His eyes are upon you.
1 Peter 3:7 (KJV) — "Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered." When we lift one another in prayer—when we honor the struggles of our community—our own prayers gain power. There is no competition in God's Kingdom, only partnership.
Walking It Out
Set a timer for five minutes today and pray the names of three people in your ROHO community by name. Don't pray generic prayers—be specific. Pray for their healing, their provision, their peace. Write their names down so you remember them tomorrow.
Break your silence about your own need with one trusted person in your circle. Then ask them what they are carrying. Speak it aloud. The enemy wants your struggle to stay hidden in shame, but when it is named in a safe space, it loses its power over you.
Give something—even if it's small—to someone else who is waiting for their harvest. A meal. A word of encouragement. A financial seed. You are declaring to heaven that you trust God to multiply what you release, not just what you hold.
A Prayer for You
Father God, I come before You with a grateful heart, knowing that You have not forgotten the names and needs You have heard from this community. Give us the supernatural strength to stand in our own valley and still lift our brothers and sisters toward heaven. Break the spirit of competition that whispers we must fight for scraps, and replace it with the abundance mindset of Your Kingdom. I thank You right now for the testimonies that are being written, for the doors that are opening, for the provision that is en route. Let us be faithful to intercede, faithful to stand, and faithful to receive what You have already prepared for us. In Jesus' name, Amen.
