I am taking your name to God at 9 PM

Share

As the sun sets on this first Sunday of February, I am already looking ahead to the work God is about to perform in your life this week.

TONIGHT AT 9:00 PM, I will be going before God in prayer specifically for You as you walk into the NEXT season of your life.

I know the questions you’ve been carrying. You’ve been seeking direction for your career, wondering about your next assignment, and asking God to reveal the doors He has prepared for you. I’ve seen God work miraculous "turns" in my own life, and I know He is ready to do the same for yours.

Tonight, we are taking your specific petitions to the Throne.

I don't want you to enter Monday morning with a heavy heart. I want you to enter with a clear instruction. I am asking you to Submit Your Prayer Request Now. Whether it’s for your family, your business, or your peace of mind—we will lift every name and every need before the Throne of God.

Our posture tonight is simple and expectant: "Speak Lord, for your servant is listening." (1 Samuel 3:9)

I will be reading these throughout the evening and carrying them into our 9:00 PM hour of prayer.

Scripture for Meditation

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." (Jeremiah 29:11, KJV)

Beloved, God has already seen your next season. The confusion you feel right now—that's not a sign He's forgotten you. He has prepared a destination, and this prayer tonight is simply inviting you to align with what He's already orchestrated. Your expected end is not a surprise to Him.

"Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6, KJV)

This week, as you wait for clarity, remember that direction doesn't come from your own reasoning—it comes from surrender. When you acknowledge Him in every decision, every conversation, every moment, He orders your steps into the exact place you need to be.

"And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not." (Isaiah 58:11, KJV)

Notice the promise: continual guidance. Not once a year. Not when you finally get it right. Continually. As you step into this new season, His leading will be constant, refreshing, and abundantly sufficient for every dry place you encounter.

Walking It Out

1. Submit your prayer request before 9 PM tonight. Don't carry this burden alone. Write down the specific question, the specific door, the specific assignment you're believing God for. Put it in writing. Say it out loud. Release it to heaven through this prayer line. God honors specificity.

2. Create a "next season" declaration. Before Monday morning, write three sentences about who God is calling you to become in the weeks ahead. Not who you wish you were—who you're being called to be. Read this aloud every morning this week. Speak it into existence.

3. Refuse the heavy heart.Close every door of doubt you opened today. Tonight, when you hit your pillow, don't take your questions to bed with you. Leave them at the Throne. Replace worry with expectation. Replace "what if I miss it?" with "God already knows where I'm going."

A Prayer for You

Lord, I come before You tonight on behalf of this beloved family member who has been seeking Your direction with a sincere heart. You know every question they've carried, every door they've wondered about, and every season they've been preparing for. I ask You tonight to speak with unmistakable clarity—not in whispers they have to strain to hear, but in a voice so clear that Monday morning brings certainty, not confusion. Order their steps into the assignment You've prepared, and give them the courage to walk through the doors only You can open. Let them enter this new season not heavy-laden, but light, expectant, and full of faith in Your faithfulness.

In Jesus' name, Amen.
