"God Will Make Room For Your Greatness This Season" Standing Firm in the Fact God has Chosen You

I hope you have begun a daily practive of reading God's word. One of my favorite scriptures is Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to bless you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope." I know that life can throw so many things at you--work, children, family, health issues, bills-- that it can seem like you are just living to pay bills and take care of your responsibilities. But you are created for more than just Bills and Work. You have a purpose. You have a God-Given date with destiny and it is your responsibility to unlock your purpose. I want to share with you three Biblical keys to unlocking and staying in your purpose.

Step 1: Begin Each Day, Saying Yes to God!

Saying YES to God is by far the single most important thing I want you to remember today. You must say yes to God's plans even when you don't fully understand them or you think that you are not good enough. But I have found that when I begin by just saying to God, "God, I am available to you". When I tell God, "God, I hear you calling me to do something so great, but I don't know how I am going to make it, so I put my trust and my faith in you. When you are available and trust that God will do what we can’t, the possibilities are limitless. God will take what you sow and give you a multiple fold return and you never know where it will lead.

Step 2: The Power of Perseverance

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I HAVE LEARNED THAT SEPARATES SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE FROM UNSUCCESSFUL PEOPLE IS PERSEVERANCE. SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE NEVER UP. It says in the Word that we need faith and endurance to achieve the prize to which we are called in Christ. (1 Corinthians 9:24). A few years ago, I heard a powerful sermon titled: "Never Give Up". This message was exactly what I needed to hear. To be honest, my motivation, focus and passion had been fizzling out because I wasn’t seeing movement on a lot of the work that I’d put in. It made me ask questions like, “Am I in the right position? Am I hearing God right? Has He really called me to this? Did I do something wrong to make me fall out of favor?” It is when we are feeling this way that we need to dig our heels in, grit our teeth and keep going. The most common trait among successful people is that they didn’t give up. It isn’t their natural abilities, intelligence or charisma, it is the fact that they kept going because the hardships we face along the way to our destiny are enough to make us quit and tear us down. It is those with endurance and grit who continue running the race and get to the prize. "For the race isn't given to the swift, nor to the strong, but it is given to those who can endure to the End". (Ecclesiastes 9:11)

And when you take the time to confirm God’s purpose for your life with His answer, when you’re living in God’s purpose and being your authentic self and being exactly what God created you to be, you can finally unlock inner joy and contentment. By achieving God’s purpose for your life, you can finally answer that gut feeling you have and start living your best self.

You can finally start reaching your fullest potential and become what God made you to be. You can breathe easier because you know you’re taking charge of your life instead of letting other people dictate whether you go left or right. Even if you start by working on your purpose for just 5 minutes a day, you’ll start to feel a depth of joy that you’ve been missing for so long. You can feel connected with your purpose, you can feel aligned with your core values, you can create a positive impact on the world by sharing God’s love through your natural gifts and abilities.
