Scripture for Meditation
"Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us," Ephesians 3:20 (KJV)
Beloved, God does not give us crumbs from His table—He gives us abundance. When you lay your burden before His throne, you are not simply asking for relief; you are positioning yourself to receive more than you ever imagined. The God we serve operates on a scale beyond our limited vision.
"And my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19 (KJV)
Notice the word riches—not sufficiency, but riches. When your relationships are broken, when your family is fractured, when your friendships feel impossible to repair, God's supply is not just enough to patch things together. His grace is rich enough to restore what was lost and to strengthen the bonds in ways you never thought possible.
"I came that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." John 10:10 (NKJV)
Jesus Himself declares His purpose: abundance. In your marriage, in your family, in your friendships—the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus comes bringing abundant life. That is the promise you stand on when you submit your name to prayer today.
Walking It Out
1. Add Your Name to the Prayer List Today — Do not delay. Go to ROHO@mailroho.io right now and submit your prayer request with specificity. Name the relationship that needs healing. Name the mountain you are facing. God honors the prayers of a people who come to Him with clarity and faith.
2. Speak Life Over Your Relationships This Week — Before 3 PM today, call or text one person in your circle—a family member, a friend, or someone you've been estranged from—and speak encouragement into their life. Ask them to join you in prayer. Sometimes the first step toward abundance is declaring that you believe God for restoration.
3. Prepare Your Heart for What God Will Do — Take time before the prayer gathering to journal or meditate on what "exceeding abundantly" looks like in your specific situation. Do not limit God with your expectations. Write down what you are asking for, then write down what you believe God can do that is greater still.
A Prayer for You
Father God, I come before You today on behalf of every family represented at this 3 PM prayer gathering, and I lift up the one reading this right now. You said You are able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, and we believe You at Your word. Heal the broken places in our relationships. Restore what the enemy has stolen from our families and friendships. Give us the strength to keep standing when the mountain looks impossible, and surprise us with Your abundance—give us more than we dared to ask for. We lay our burdens before Your throne because we know You care, and we trust that Your work
