Covered Going In, Covered Coming Out—By His Power and Goodness
God Knows What You Need just When You need It. TODAY AT 3PM, WE ARE LAYING OUR BURDENS BEFORE THE THRONE OF GOD.
Everywhere you turn, there seems to be something pressing against your peace—trouble at work, confusion in your home, sickness in your body, or burdens that feel too heavy to bear. But take heart: God sees you, God knows, and God cares.
Today at 3PM, we’re coming together as a community of believers to lay our burdens before the throne of God. Whatever you’re facing, don’t carry it alone. God’s goodness has already gone before you, and His power is surrounding you even now.
Prayer is not just a routine—it is the language of faith. It is our soul’s sincere desire to commune with God. And when we call on Him, He answers.
If you need strength to keep going… If you need peace that passes understanding… If you know someone who’s about to give up—add their name to the ROHO Prayer List right now.
We are believing that heaven will move on your behalf. We are standing on the promises of God, trusting that every prayer lifted today will be heard and answered according to His divine will.
"ADD YOUR NAME TO THE PRAYER LIST NOW" (mailto:ROHO@mailroho.io?subject=A%20PRAYER%20FOR%20RECOMMITMENT%3A%20MID-DAY%20PRAYER%20LIST) Because God still hears. God still moves. And God still makes a way.
Scripture for Meditation
Psalm 55:22 (KJV) — "Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved."
Beloved, this is not a suggestion—it is a promise. God is not asking you to manage your burdens alone while He watches from a distance. He is inviting you to transfer the weight from your shoulders to His. When you cast your care upon Him, you are not burdening God; you are trusting His infinite capacity to carry what would crush you.
Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV) — "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Prayer is the bridge between your problem and God's peace. When you lay your request before Him—not with silence, but with thanksgiving—you position yourself to receive a peace that defies logic. That peace becomes a fortress around your mind and heart, protecting you even while circumstances remain unchanged.
2 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV) — "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness."
When you feel most depleted, you are closest to experiencing God's greatest strength. Your weakness is not disqualifying—it is the very place where His power shows up most brilliantly.
Walking It Out
1. Add Your Name to the Prayer List Today — Do not delay. Whether you're facing physical illness, emotional exhaustion, or relational turmoil, send your name and your specific need to ROHO. The community of believers is standing ready to intercede on your behalf at 3PM. Your vulnerability becomes the catalyst for corporate intercession.
2. Speak Your Burden Aloud Before God — Find a quiet place before 3PM and name specifically what is pressing against your peace. Don't pray in vague generalities. Say it: "Lord, I'm struggling with __________. I cannot carry this alone." Speaking your burden transforms it from a silent weight into a prayer God can answer.
3. Declare One Promise Over Your Situation — Choose one scripture from this devotional and write it where you'll see it today. Every time your worry rises, read that promise aloud. You are replacing the voice of fear with the voice of God's truth. This is spiritual warfare fought with the sword of the Spirit.
A Prayer for You
Father God, I come before Your throne today, laying down every burden that has been crushing my spirit. I release to You my anxiety about tomorrow, my confusion about what's ahead, and my weariness from carrying what was never mine to bear alone. I thank You that Your goodness has already gone before me and Your power surrounds me even now. Cover me with Your peace, restore what has been broken, and remind me that I am never alone in this fight. Give me the faith to trust that when I cast my cares upon You, You will sustain me and see
