Bring Your Burdens to Prayer Tonight at 6:30PM
“Father, I stretch my hands to Thee — no other help I know. If You withdraw Yourself from me, where shall I go?”
If your heart feels heavy... If you’ve been holding on to guilt, anger, pain, or regret... If forgiveness feels hard to give — or hard to receive...
You don’t have to carry it alone. You’re not meant to.
Tonight at 6:30 PM, we will be in prayer for release, healing, and forgiveness. Because the weight of unspoken wounds is real — but God’s healing is greater.
Whether it’s grief, shame, or something you haven’t told a soul — bring it to God’s altar. God knows. God sees. And God restores.
Add your name to the ROHO Prayer List now. (mailto:ROHO@mailroho.io?subject=SUBMIT%20PRAYER%20REQUEST%20BELOW%3A%20FAMILY%20HEALING) We’re calling every name before God and believing for breakthrough. “Put your family on the prayer list, too.”
Scripture for Meditation
Psalm 55:22 (KJV): "Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved."
Beloved, God isn't asking you to figure out how to carry this weight. He's inviting you to lay it down—completely, without reservation. When you cast your burden on Him, you're not burdening the Lord; you're trusting His infinite strength. That's when the sustaining power of heaven becomes real in your life.
1 Peter 5:7 (NKJV): "casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you."
Notice the word all. Not some of it. Not the "acceptable" pain. All of it—the shame you hide, the anger you swallow, the regret that wakes you at 3 AM. The Father's care is big enough for everything you've been carrying alone.
Matthew 11:28 (KJV): "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
This is Jesus speaking directly to you, family. Whatever labor you've been carrying—whatever heaviness has pressed down on your spirit—His invitation stands tonight. Rest isn't laziness; it's the deep peace that comes when someone stronger than your circumstances takes the weight.
Walking It Out
1. Write it down before 6:30 PM. Take pen to paper and name the specific burden you're carrying. Don't sanitize it. Don't make it sound smaller than it feels. Write the name, the hurt, the regret—whatever it is. This act of naming is the beginning of release.
2. Submit your name to the ROHO Prayer List right now. Don't delay. Don't wait until you feel ready. Email ROHO@mailroho.io with your name and your request. When you join the prayer army tonight at 6:30 PM, you won't be alone—you'll be surrounded by believers interceding with you and for you.
3. Speak one truth aloud before tonight's prayer time. Look in the mirror and say, "God knows what I'm carrying, and He is not disappointed in me." Say it again. Let your ears hear what your heart needs to believe. Shame thrives in silence; truth breaks its power.
A Prayer for You
Father, I come before You tonight with hands open and heart exposed. I'm tired of carrying what was never mine to carry alone. I lay down my guilt, my anger, my pain, and my regret at the foot of the cross where Jesus already paid the price. Heal what's broken in me. Restore what shame has stolen. And help me receive the forgiveness You freely give, so I can walk in the wholeness You purchased for me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
