All Year Long, God has been Good To You. If It Had not been for the Lord on Your Side, Where would you be?

Share

When God gave us the vision for this ministry we began by sending inspirational messages to just a few friends. Now every month, we send over 2 million free Biblically-sound devotionals that proclaim the goodness of Jesus over your life. Today we simply ask that you would sow a seed to help Increase the work God is doing for you.

Scripture for Meditation

Psalm 121:1-2 (KJV)
"I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth."

Beloved, as you reflect on this year, every provision—every unexpected blessing, every door opened, every bill paid—came from the throne of God. Not from your job. Not from your connections. The help you received all year long came from the One who created the very hills you look upon.

Proverbs 3:9-10 (NKJV)
"Honor the LORD with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine."

When you sow back into God's kingdom, you are not losing—you are planting. The firstfruits belong to Him because everything belongs to Him. Watch how He multiplies what remains in your hands when you honor Him with what He first gave you.

1 Chronicles 29:14 (KJV)
"But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee."

Every dollar in your pocket is His already. When you give, you are simply returning what was always His, and partnering with what His Spirit is doing through this ministry to reach millions.

Walking It Out

1. Calculate your seed honestly. Look back at how God provided for you this year—your salary, bonuses, unexpected help, miracles large and small. Then decide on a specific amount to sow as your firstfruits, not from guilt, but from genuine gratitude. Write the amount down.

2. Give with declaration, not silence. When you sow your seed, pray aloud over it. Say: "Lord, I give this back to You. I thank You for provision all year. I trust You with next year. Bless this seed as it reaches souls who need Your word." Speak it into existence.

3. Invite one person to join you. Share with a friend or family member how God has been faithful to you, then invite them to sow alongside you into ROHO ministry. Two seeds are more powerful than one. Build community in your giving.

A Prayer for You

Father, I come before You with a grateful heart. You have been my shelter and my strength all year long. Every breath I've taken, every meal I've eaten, every burden You've lifted—it all came from Your hand. Today, I sow this seed back into Your kingdom, not because I fear You, but because I trust You completely. Multiply this offering to reach multitudes with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And Lord, teach me to be a faithful steward of all You entrust to me in the year ahead. In Jesus' name, Amen.
