A moment of music, prayer, and restoration
Sometimes we are so busy holding up the world that we forget to care for ourselves. But your wellness matters to God. True community strength begins with individuals who are spiritually, mentally, and physically nurtured.
At ROHO, we believe wellness is a form of resistance—choosing joy, health, and wholeness in a world that often seeks to drain us. Every act of care—whether prayer, rest, or generosity—plants a seed that sustains the entire community.
That’s why today we invite you to pause, breathe, and let God’s comfort meet you right where you are.
Lord, bless us with balance in our busy days. Teach us to honor our health, to care for one another, and to create spaces where healing flows. Restore every tired soul and remind us that wellness is holy work. Amen.

ROHO began with just a few texts to friends. Today, over 2 million free devotionals go out each month, declaring the power of Jesus around the world.
If this ministry has blessed you, sow a seed today to help us reach even more people with God’s word.
You’re not just giving. You’re growing the gospel.
Scripture for Meditation
3 John 1:2 — "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." God's desire for your wholeness is not an afterthought, beloved—it is His primary concern. When your soul is anchored in Christ, your body and mind follow into restoration.
Matthew 11:28 — "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Jesus is not calling you to keep grinding; He is calling you to come. That weariness you carry is an invitation to exchange your burden for His peace.
Philippians 4:6-7 — "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and your minds through Christ Jesus." Wellness begins when you tell God what you need—not silently, but openly, with gratitude. That peace will guard every weary place within you.
Walking It Out
Rest without guilt today. Set aside 30 minutes—no phone, no tasks—and let yourself simply be. Read Scripture, listen to "Safe in His Arms," or sit in silence. Document how your spirit feels before and after. Wellness is not laziness; it is obedience.
Name one area where you need healing. Write it down. Then speak it aloud to God in prayer, just as you would tell a trusted friend. Bring that specific need before Him—whether it is physical pain, emotional exhaustion, or spiritual dryness. God responds to specificity.
Extend care to someone in your circle today. Check in on a friend who is carrying weight. Send a prayer. Offer practical help. Your act of community wellness strengthens the whole body of Christ and reminds you that you are not alone in this journey.
A Prayer for You
Father, I come before You weary, but I come believing that You care for every part of me—spirit, soul, and body. Forgive me for abandoning myself in service to others; teach me that my wellness is not selfish but sacred. Restore what is broken in me, heal what is hidden, and give me the courage to rest when rest is required. Guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and help me build a community where we all thrive together. In Jesus' name, Amen.
